During the new era of reform and development of the banking industry, in order tobetter promote the health of the banking sector, the rapid development, it is necessary tofurther improve the bank management system, the enterprise staff’s performancecomprehensive, objective, fair assessment is a core task management system, establish aset of tasks and objectives of assessment as a whole incentive mechanism, improve thebanking staff’s work enthusiasm, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the bank.Therefore, based on the modern computer information platform, with the help ofperformance appraisal methods and advanced technology, to construct a set of suitablestaff performance assessment system of banking.According to the staff appraisal business needs of Fuzhou branch of China CITICBank, system is mainly to achieve the performance appraisal program management,examination management, examination results query and the analysis and datamaintenance function, four, in the process of development of the system, the mainproblems to solve are: assessment refers to the selection and quantification processingthe index in the library, design and optimization of database objects, UML modelingtechnology in the application and optimization of the project development process.Inductive analysis, the main work is as follows:According to the staff appraisal business needs of Fuzhou branch of China CITICBank, system is mainly to achieve the performance of the:1. Systematic analysis of the purpose and significance of project development,analyzes the development status of related systems, determine the project main researchcontents.2. Analysis summarized key technique and application may be used in the system,application of360degrees, and the Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal methodin the assessment of banking staff.3. The design scheme of system development, through the data flow diagram, usecase diagram, establishes the system needs analysis documents; system design schemeby using class diagram, E-R diagram and so on, to develop the project test plan; 4. The completion of the system the onstage and the backstage code of each moduleprogramming and the system tests and other work, and continue to improve the systemBy testing and running, the running results of the system are correct, the project designgoals and requirements. To meet the Fuzhou branch of China CITIC Bank to staffassessment requirements, bowling with information processing work to betterimplement the performance assessment to the software.
