| Since the port Act was introduced in2004, the Jiangsu provincial portsAdministration Department was set up in2005, most of provincial port administrationswas established after2004. so the informationization construction is backward. Theprovincial network of interconnections between the Administrative Departments of theport has not been formed yet. The port information resource has not been effectivelyintegrated. Currently the operations of the port authority, dealt with primarily in manualmode, limited management, management of relatively weak, hard to do supervisionimmediately.This thesis is to point these problems and proposed that the Jiangsu province’straffic e-government network infrastructure should be made full use. the portinformation resources were integrated. We are guided by the objective ofcomprehensively developing, utilizing sharing the resources and we are focused on theconstruction of the application systems of port business. the constructions of portinformation resource catalog system, exchange systems and information resourcelibraries need to be push forward, as well as the construction of informatizationapplication platform of province level. Therefore the management and publicinformation service ability should be consequently comprehensively improved. Thecontent of the thesis are:1. Port of the integrated management information system is the electricGovernment Affairs Administration for construction of the port an integral part ofsoftware development. Code for design of the overall system design based on J2EE,using a service-oriented SOA/WebService’s three-tier structure. Systems pose to theapplication layer, service layer, data, three platforms as the core, managed by theinformation standards and specifications, computer network, system security guaranteesystem for system development, operation and management platform.2. Completed a port of the integrated management information systemrequirements and design.Traffic-based platform for the construction of e-Government ofthe province carried out a research demonstrated the feasibility and rationality to the system development, and provides an analysis of system requirements.According topreliminary needs analysis identifies port construction planning and design of integratedmanagement system, designed the overall architecture of the system, major subsystemsof functionality. Clear port design scheme of the thematic database andsoftware/hardware environment.3. Complete design and implementation of the port management subsystem, and itsmajor functions to be tested. In the system section, select the port operationmanagement subsystem to be developed, elaborated on the main moduleimplementations. System functional testing part tests the functional modules of thesoftware to achieve their function correctly, and meets the test requirements, anevaluation of software quality.The research as well as the implementation and application of this systemprecipitate the port management transition from old traditional way to informationtechnology. Combining with the functions of port authorities, the regulatory processesof port management operations was established, which provide convenient, standardized,efficient management and service. By this way, the level of port management isimproved. Design and implementation of the system has a certain relevance and value. |
