Research Of SOA-based Court Records Management Information System

As information technology continues to evolve, our government office in order to reduce costs and improve government management, the use of modern advanced information technology in all sectors of the construction of e-government project. To respond to the call of e-government project construction, make full use of modern technology to integrate judicial resources, and improve the judicial efficiency, the courts carried out information construction. Although the information construction of court in China has made great achievements, as regional development is unequal, all levels of court do not have a unified plan, and system construction lacks of standardization. These mutual heterogeneous, independent e-government systems can't implement the interchange of information, which forms "information isolated island", cost a lot of time, effort and money, but did not achieve the appropriate results. The lack of a unified, authoritative e-government design standard is the main reason to the current existence of e-government "information isolated island".To solve the problems lie in the complexity of the court business logic and the scale of the whole system,SOA-based application integration enables building distributed computing systems with agile business processes,thus promotes rapid response against changes of business requirements. An SOA-based court files management information system is designed and implemented in this paper, system application integration solution for court is presented. The system uses Web services to facilitate effective data exchange between heterogeneous systems, business dates and business processes in court applications and achieves a fast solution for collaborative case and official business handling; you can implement the system expansion or the national e-government network with less or without modification. Providing the court files inquires services to the public will more effectively enhance the transparency of the court trial business, implement the public's supervision over the trial, and will be conducive to the realization of justice.In this paper, we mainly implement the electronic storage and management of court files, and the public's and court staff's queries on the court files. We also analyze the implementation of the statistical support function. For example, in burglary case, we explain how to use this system to analyze the sentencing influences on the frequency of burglary cases occurrence during a period in a region.
