China’s economy has been faced with the globalization, at the same time, China’sbanking sector has more opportunities and challenges. First of all, foreign advancedtechnology has brought China’s banking industry development at the same time, let ourbank out of the country; secondly, because of the foreign banks in China increased, ahuge competitive pressure to Chinese banks. Therefore, China’s entry into the WTO willmake the domestic financial industry made great changes. Internal staff of China’sbanking performance appraisal rules, not uniform assessment standards, assessmentsystem is not perfect, most of the time is to do with the feeling, so that performanceappraisal is not fair, easy to hit the enthusiasm of the staff work. Therefore, we usecomputer to use the application system of bank performance evaluation becomes veryimportant.Firstly, the research background, research significance and research situation ofBSC bank staff performance management system are analyzed.Secondly, the overall demand, functional requirements, they are performanceevaluation, performance account management, query BSC assessment indexmanagement, performance appraisal report, performance appraisal analysis, and andnon-functional requirements of the BSC bank staff performance management system areanalyzed. Then,Thirdly, this thesis based on the BSC bank staff performance management systemfor the overall demand analysis, the function, data base and performance evaluationindex are designed, where the performance evaluation index coming from four parts ofBSC, they are financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth.Finally, the BSC bank staff performance management system is realized, thesystem diagram, such as login module, performance measures inquires module,indicator setting module, and activity diagramare shown.
