Through investigation and analysis of the collective enterprises earlier, according to the characteristics of the collective enterprise management, starting from the basic theory, system overview, key technology of system requirements analysis, system design, function and structure design, physical structure of the database design and the system data exchange, construct a set to conform to the collective enterprise features, clear business process, data safety, flexible, convenient system management information system. This system is composed of the collective enterprise personnel information management system in Jiangxi electric power company, is the human resources the typical information management system, its requirements and designed by object-oriented method, the development mainly includes two aspects: the setting and maintenance of database and front-end application development. The main functions of the system include the query, modify, delete and add, management of the organization, the organization of information, staff files, personnel information, salary information. This system adopts B/S mode, the system is developed using JSP as a development tool, the background using ORACAL9i as the database management system.
