Sanming(hereinafter referred to as "thecompany") is the collective enterprises of Sanming Electric Power Bureau.The companyhas20staff,4departments include integrated Department, engineering department,operation Department and software department.The collective enterprises of Sanming Electric Power Bureau is belonging to smallbusinesses,the enterprise resource-constrained. At present,each department of thecompany is responsible for its own project management. The project manager istechnical staff, and managed multiple projects.This situation leads to the company can’tconstruct and manage a project in time, hard to control project schedule and cost, theproject implementation has low efficiency and arbitrariness. The company has nounified project management tools, easy to miss all kinds of engineering data,cost error isbecoming larger,etc.The managers also can not grasp the project schedule. In theinformation age that has high development of network and information, the companytraditional project management model has not suited to the needs of enterprisedevelopment.This article though conducting research and analyzing the status,and actualingdemand for the system were put forward: establish a standardized project managementprocesses, effective co-ordination of the time, the effective coordination of projectstakeholders, project risk identification,etc.These software design envisaged couldimprove project management level.This issue to develop a set of business management system of the collectiveenterprises of Sanming Electric Power Bureau used computer technology, to change thebackward management methods, improve enterprise management level. While for thecompany to provide a comprehensive platform for information work,management andlearnin.This issue has developed the system use of corporate MIS existing internalnetwork, using Microsoft Visual Studio. Net2005(referred to as the "ASP.NET") andORACLE9i as a tool, base on the B/S mode from the perspective of enterprise projectmanagement. Contents mainly include database design, maintenance and developmentof the foreground application.
