The Design And Implementation Of High Vocational College Personnel Management System Based On J2EE

As a mature MIS system, personnel management software has been widely used in many domains. At present, the application of personnel management system in universities is so widespread that it can provide support for efficient implementation of personnel management works. However, there are a lot of works to do for specific management requirements in practical application. Using data mining techniques can extract required information from existing data and then make the appropriate countermeasures. The data mining techniques can add assistant decision-making function to personnel management system. It conforms to the trend of the industry development.Combined with the needs of personnel information management in a certain higher vocational college’s daily work, this thesis designs and implements personnel management system with assistant decision-making function which is applicable to higher vocational colleges. The system adopts MVC mode and uses Struts, Spring, Hibernate integrated framework technology so that it has good scalability. The system could achieve these functions including personnel file management, salary management, recruitment management, training management, titles management, support of decision-making and so on. The thesis presents the main idea and methods of how to design and implement the personnel management system with assistant decision-making function in higher vocational colleges. This paper covers the following parts: system architecture design, business process analysis, functional requirements analysis, and detailed design of database. The system establishes personnel and scientific research database model by the online tools of back-end Analysis Services data. Through analyzing and displaying the mining results of the personnel information in forms of reports and charts, it can provide top managers with basis of decision-making in such aspects as the methods of improving the research capability and the evaluation of scientific research capacity and level of teachers.
