Design And Implementation Of Staff Education And Training System In Electric Power Bureau Of San Ming

For a long time, the staff training and examination managements mainly rely on thenewspaper or paper type in San Ming electric power system. The efficiency of theenterprise managers to the employee knowledge examination and judgment is very low,regardless of the proposition, examination, or marking, performance analysis, whichrequires large amounts of the energy. The traditional examination modes about manualtreatment spend a lot of manpower and material resources, which affected the overallsystem efficiency and the quality of work. The software is developed according to thisrequirement. In recent years, with the high attention to power industry internal training,how to improve staff quality，the enterprise competitiveness and realize the sustainabledevelopment of the enterprises has become a major issue to the enterprise leaders. SanMing Electric Power Bureau is an urgent need to establish a people-orientedmanagement, in line with the actual situation. Therefore, it is an urgency to realize theimplementation of efficient management in the power system to the examination andtraining of all the staff, establish standard examination question bank, provide variouspatterns of examination, improve employee’s skill level and work efficiency. At thesame time, it is important to develop the test application system that owes the trainingand examination system of the convenient operation, using to test staff trainingeffectiveness, reduce business costs and improve training efficiency.This paper first is the systematic analysis of the present research situation at homeand abroad. Then from the needs of San Ming Electric Power Bureau training, weresearch on the electric power bureau staff education and training needs in the view ofsoftware engineering. And from the demand of the present, we describe the analysis ofstaff education and training system of electric power bureau on the basis of the unifiedmodeling language UML as for the modeling. Then introduce the related knowledge andtechnology of the UML in the process of development and the use, and carry on theanalysis on the system and modeling. At last, carry on the system design on therealization of the comprehensive test management major in the module of databasemanagement, test management, online test, online exercises, online query results,backstage management and so on.The paper develops the framework of B/S using the tool of Visual studio 2010.NET and the model of UML based on the Rational Rose modeling tool. And wedevelop the background database selected ORACLE10g in order to realize an educationand training system for San Ming Electric Power Bureau staff. It is helpful to improvethe knowledge level of the electric power bureau staff and the power protection abilityand service level on dealing with the public emergency.
