The present era is the rapidly growing information age, and all kinds ofindustries need to process information, so that computer is widely used toinformation management systems. In the library community, in everyuniversities,the library of modern management information system is usedvery common, but the depth and breadth in management can’t satisfy thepeople’s need, especially in the construction and maintenance ot humanresources management, information resource management。 It leads to thelibrary to do Hall characteristics, personnel structure,learn continuely,regulations and other aspects of the backwardness and stagnation, and in themost of the schools and business were using computer software systems tomanage libraries, but did not use truly and fully rational of computers andmany other resources. To use of the insurance business more rational thanuse of computers, I we design and develop a lending library managementsystem.In this thesis, analysis the data flow of an insurance libraries manageprocesses, design and implement the management of readers, managementof books, management of information, system settings and management ofborrowing subsystems. In the development process, the optimization of SQLstatements is a further study, quantitative analysis of the differentformulation of the efficiency is in the implementation impact. This articlediscusses the development of libraries management system background anddevelopment meaning, and the key technologies are introduced in thearticle,lending books subsystem and inventory management subsystem aredesigned and implementation.This system is currently running, running result is very stability andreliability,it develops the foundation for the large-scale librariesmanagement system.
