The technology equipment of customs is the information technology equipment which is connected to the internal network of Customs.The management of these devices involves equipment operation and maintenance,equipment management,information security,network management,system management,inventory management,spare parts procurement and other positions and processes.How to do scientific and effective management of technology equipment is particularly important for the customs.In the past,the technology equipment management of customs mainly concerned about the customs technology and equipment availability and reliability,to achieve the operation during the operation and maintenance management,recording equipment out of the warehouse,installation,use,Change,scrapped,only to achieve the material movement of the equipment ledger management with human resources.There exists a series of management problems,such as the lack of information sharing between the technology posts,the traditional way of relying on paper documents or telephone,the basic data is not complete and accurate.With the development of customs business reform,the increasing number of personnel,the scope of customs technology equipment has been expanding,the management of technology equipment has been continuously improved.The original management mode has become increasingly unable to meet the requirements of customs technology equipment management.Therefore,starting from 2015,Suzhou Customs set up a thematic working group,a comprehensive study,combing the work of Suzhou Customs technology and equipment management needs,start the "customs technology and equipment life cycle management system" design and development work.Technology and equipment management system of the service personnel involved in the post warehouse manager,operation and maintenance personnel,science and technology experts and other positions,and provide equipment management,equipment operation and maintenance,equipment inventory,parameter management and system management functions.On the basis of detailed analysis of system function requirements,this paper discusses how to design and implement the bank equity trusteeship system based on the idea of object-oriented programming,using.NET technology and C # technology.According to the actual demand of customs equipment management,the design framework of technology equipment system is analyzed by using the use case diagram,class diagram and timing diagram.The design and implementation of equipment management,equipment operation and maintenance,equipment inventory,parameter management,system management function module,To meet the Suzhou customs equipment management covered by the registration,storage,a library,release,inventory,recycling,reporting loss of scrap,destruction and other business needs.At the same time,the design and implementation of the database,the technology equipment system to provide data support for various functions.Finally,the technology and equipment system was tested,for the problems found in the test to find the reasons for the system to modify,and ultimately all cases were tested successfully.Tests show that the function,performance and effectiveness of the technology equipment system meet the design requirements,to meet the needs of Suzhou customs equipment management.Through the technology and equipment management system,to meet the Suzhou Customs equipment management needs of the fine management.Each device from birth to destruction,are recorded for a detailed life cycle,the equipment experience every step of the operation can be in the system query,to facilitate the customs officers on the management of equipment,reducing the customs in the equipment management investment Human costs,to achieve a multiplier effect.
