Electronic government affairs management system for the government, therefore, has very vital significance.Electronic government affairs management system is introduced in this paper, the system adopts B/S structure, the operating system is Windows2000, the database is SQL2000database, using.NET development platform and c#language. According to the use of the user of the system category, set up different user permissions, ensure the stability of the system. By the existing government departments related to government affairs management knowledge, through careful analysis, concludes that system’s functional requirements, electronic government affairs management system consists of user rights management, document management, personal office management, E-mail management, meeting management, business, information newsletter management business, administrative management, and archives management of eight modules. This paper first introduced the electronic government affairs management system research background and significance, and then analyzes the present situation of electronic government affairs management system at home and abroad, according to the analysis of demand, given the system’s overall design, detailed design principles and objectives, and ultimately through the coding implementation system.The implementation of the electronic government affairs management system will put government routine work in the information processing, effectively improve the efficiency of government office. Government as the country’s leading institutions, government office efficiency is related to the people for the government job satisfaction, reflect a country’s ability to govern.
