With the continuous transformation and development of commercial banking business model and customer group operation,government business has become an important part of banking business.Recently,Zhejiang Province has launched the overall plan of the provincial digital reform.With the continuous progress of digitization of government institutions,government business such as social security issuance,tax payment and public charges are all developing online,mobile and digital,which is not only a rare development opportunity for commercial banks,but also puts forward new requirements for the business service model of the banks.The level of government business management informationization in bank,will have important impact to government business development.Commercial bank government business is characterized by strong customer stability,policy relevance and business complementarity.According to the operation characteristics of the government business of M Bank and the background of the digital transformation of government agencies,this paper studies the optimization of government business management informatization in M bank.This paper combed the current deficiencies of the government business management informatization in M bank,made an overall planning and design for the optimization of government business management informatization,proposed the concrete optimization schemes from seven aspects of user management,account system,fund management,tax collection,unified distribution,account supervision and bid management.In addition,this paper formulated the overall implementation process,made the corresponding organizational and schedule arrangements,and proposed implementation safeguard measures from four aspects of architecture management,research and development management,operation and maintenance management,security management.Finally,this paper summarizes the research,and put forward its own prospects for the future development of commercial bank government business management informatization.The research of this paper is of great significance to improve the informatization level of commercial bank government business management and expand the market of commercial bank government business.Through this research,commercial banks can further enhance the informatization level of government business management,cope with the rapid development of business,and provide high-quality financial services and product solutions for government agencies.This research also has reference significance for other financial industry like securities,insurance in the informationization construction of government business management.
