Nowadays, E-Government affair, as an important aspect of computer and Internet application, arouses more interests. It helps to advance city informatization and make government affairs known to the public. E-Government affair can help government to change and improve its function and make government more efficient. And it can also advance the political, economic and cultural development of the society. Nowadays it has become very important to the construction of national information system in the world.Furthermore the author cites an actual case which is designed and fulfilled by him, the E-Government affair building in Tianjin Municipal Informatization Office to explain the detailed design of the E-Government affair system.In the thesis, the author analyses the progress, actuality and characteristic of E-Government affair in China. The approach to implement E-Government affair have many different technical schemes, this thesis adopts the technology, which is based on J2EE. This thesis presents the system Structure and core technology of J2EE, the design pattern-MVC, the theory and the key points of the Struts(which is the best implement the MVC ideas).In the thesis, the author divides the E-Government affair system into two main systems:the government website and the government network system. The author also designs the hardware and software platform of the whole E-Government affair system.Then it brings forward the technical construction based on the J2EE and the scheme as a whole by introducing the demand analyze of the most modules.In a word,the thesis is not only academic but also practical. |
