| The enactment of the “Regulations on the Government Information Disclosure of China” in 2007 officially included public libraries in the government information disclosure system.The main object for the public library to carry out the government information disclosure service is to realize the redistribution of government information resources between the government and the public so that the government information could serve the social development,which embodies the idea that service-oriented government severs the public.The government information disclosure service carried out by public libraries should start from the actual need of the public and consider the pubic satisfaction,or it will deviate from the intention of serving the public.Thus,based on the current research,this thesis investigated and studied on the government information disclosure service of public libraries from the public satisfaction perspective and gave some advice for carrying out this wok.At present,the study on the public satisfaction with government information disclosure service by public libraries is still in starting stage in China.This thesis analyzed the theoretical study and practice on the government information disclosure service of public libraries at home and abroad first,and expounded the necessary to study on the public satisfaction.Then,according to the basic idea of the American Customer Satisfaction Index(ACSI),six variables,namely the public expectation,the cognitive performance,the maturation of the government information disclosure service of public libraries,the public complaint and the public trust,are chosen as the potential impact factors in which the measurable ones are proposed based on the current situation and characteristics of the government information disclosure service of public libraries in China.Moreover,an evaluation index system for these impact factors were established.Finally,empirical investigation and study on the public satisfaction with the government information disclosure service of public libraries were carried out through questionnaire.The respondents were chose from the Xi’an citizen.It can be concluded from the analysis result that the cognitive performance,the maturation of the government information disclosure service of public libraries and the public trust have large impact on the public satisfaction.Based on the current government information disclosure service of public libraries in China,relevant suggestions and countermeasures were given. |
