With the growing diversity of global economic integration, accelerate the development and market demand, the production of iron and steel enterprises increasingly fierce competition. Production of steel pipes of iron and steel enterprises is complex features typical hybrid process and having the following characteristics,like more variety, small batch production. In order to ensure the enterprise high efficiency, iron and steel enterprise production mode must be reformed and innovated simulation technology frontier. It must rely on software to achieve the purpose of optimization.This paper mainly studies a small iron and steel enterprises in the production process of seamless steel tube, Using the Arena computer simulation software for simulation modeling. According to the simulation results, the"bottleneck" in analysis process. Then puts forward some countermeasures and ideas. Finally, using the PAN to choice of programme for the improvement of process analyzer. The aim of the research is to scientifically control the realization of the production process of small iron and steel enterprises, the results of research for this paper is for the production process more intuitive in small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises steel production process.The main research results are mainly obtained are as follows:(1) In the theoretical framework of the production process, combined with computer simulation software Arena and its core theory, queuing theory, steel production has the typical characteristics of mixed flow, A detailed analysis of the status quo at home and abroad for the iron and steel production process, proposes the framework of process model, and provides a way for iron and steel enterprises to establish and optimize the production process. (2)Through the arrangement and collection of literature, based on analyzing the characteristics of the production process of iron and steel enterprise, expounds the existing domestic and foreign iron and steel enterprises in the production process problems. The research object is the small scale production of iron and steel enterprises, analyses the problems of this kind of iron and steel enterprises, for the process simulation model of production of iron and steel enterprises, the construction process optimization provides ideas.(3) combined with the actual situation production of seamless cold-drawn steel pipe, seamless hot-rolled steel pipe of SA company. According to the real production data collection, set in line with the constraints of the model of demand, in the basis of existing simplified production process, research, analysis and Simulation of science, established the simulation model. The feasibility of the model was verified, and output the effective data.(4) To verify the model feasibility, using dynamic simulation system for Arena, and output data, a detailed analysis of the data and find the production process has a significant impact on the "bottleneck". The scientific analysis of the bottleneck and puts forward seven improved scheme. Using PAN which for simulation software analyzer the output of seven schemes. according to the output results, combined with the actual production needs of the company, carries on the comparative analysis of the pros and cons of vertical and horizontal, in order to find the best scheme. Compared with the operation results of the optimal solution and the original model. according to the actual situation, determine the final improvement plan. Preliminarily implementation of steel enterprises in the production process visualization process optimization using Arena simulation technology, improve the utilization rate of the resources of enterprises and enhance the overall production efficiency.
