Investigation And Development Of Production Management System Of Steel Wire Rope

Along with the development of computer application technology and its permeation in manufacturing domain in recent years,the institution work on production management system has showed the vital significance in improving production process's rated capacity and the flexibility in production .A computer-aided processing planning (SW-CAPP) subsystem of steel wire rope is established in this paper. The actual content is as follows:First, based on the present product condition about the factory, such as tedious calculation in technology design, strong dependence on the correlation technical personnel, non-standard storage about the information of process and so on, through the system analysis and system's preliminary design, the system objective is determined and the system's frame is built.Secondly, According to the requirement of the project, the C/S pattern is chosen through the contrastive analysis, the system contact surface design and the functions are realized using Delphi 7.0. The system database is established in terms of the steel wire rope construction characteristic as well as the related parameter of wire drawing and the heat treatment. The SW-CAPP system has realized the design of some concrete functional such as the construction of steel wire rope and wire drawing technology and the heat treatment.Thirdly, the national standards database of common structure of steel wire rope is established. The detail constitution information of the steel wire is calculated and reasoned according to the structure types, the drawing craft route automatic and alternately with the computation rule of drawing procedure is formulated, the standard of heat treatment process for the automatic production technological document formulation is built up.Lastly, the SW-CAPP system operation demonstration is carried on based on the production data of the steel wire technique, the system's accuracy and the performance usability are tested, which makes the functional design from the customer demand to the concrete solution come true.
