With the development of today’s economic situation, the manufacturing sectorhas become the material basis of a country’s national economic development and themain of industry, and also reflects the strength of the national competitiveness. Sincethe Reform and Opening-up, the manufacturing sector has been the engine of China’srapid economic growth, the level of mercerization and internationalizationdevelopment has always been leading the direction of China’s economic development.Manufacturing has accounted for a large proportion of industrial enterprises, whichrepresented the level of development of productive forces in China, and it is also themain source of national finance income. With the development of economic, ourcountry’s traditional and backward mode of manufacturing industry is no longer adaptto the needs of society, its main body status suffered a serious threat, So changebackward of manufacturing production mode, optimization of the traditionalproduction processes, and promote them out of the predicament of the developmentbottleneck, is today worth and important issue.In this paper, it application process optimization, system theory and combinedwith computer simulation software Arena as a research platform, and with themanufacturing enterprise in the production process as the research object, to theproduction process of manufacturing enterprises, the main research of the type,structure and process, through change the number of machine processing unit ofthe simulation research to system optimization of the manufacturing process, makethe system resource utilization rate and efficiency of production to maximize as far aspossible. The purpose of research is the scientific control of the manufacturingproduction process, make the manufacturing process more intuitive, make thecalculation process of scientific visualization, and production process to be effective optimization. This paper focuses on a manufacturing enterprise production processand processing unit, the research results for manufacturing production procedureprovides scientific improvement, optimization of the ideas and methods, provides abasis for enterprises to build production systems strategy.In this paper, the main research results and innovation is recognized as follows.(1) In the theory of production process, combined with the simulation theory andArena simulation tools, puts forward the process model framework, and detaileddescribes the system construction and the implementation of the key technology,method, and the basis of theoretical guidance, for manufacturing enterprise to set upand optimize production procedure provides ideas.(2) Through to the main problems of domestic manufacturing enterpriseproduction process, analyzed and compared in the production process of mainstreamresearch method, find out the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, andcombined with the concept of the modern computer simulation theory, and this paperputs forward the process simulation method based on Arena, for manufacturingenterprise production process simulation models, and process optimization providessimulation ideas.(3) For the status of the production process of a manufacturing enterprise,characteristics and bottlenecks in the production process, combined with the actualdemand of the enterprise production, based on Arena simulation software to constructa computer simulation model of the production process, and use the process analyzersfor the process14kinds of program simulation, combined with the characteristics ofthe enterprise production needs and choose an optimization plan, for the enterpriseprocess reform, optimization to provide the basis.(4) With the application of Arena dynamic simulation of the system function, tousing a get rid of complicated computing, programming process of simulation ofmodular modeling method, the model provides a friendly two-dimensional animatedsimulation and dynamic display, and also realized the production process optimizationprocess of visualization, reduced the difficulty of the modeling, improve theefficiency of the production process optimization.
