| Clothing industry occupies an important position in China’s manufacturing industry.Most garment enterprises are highly dependent on the market.Clothing style and production quantity are greatly affected by the demand of external market entities.With the sustained and stable development of the economy,Consumers’ requirements for diversification of clothing styles,clothing functionality and quality are gradually improving.Under the premise of increasing market demand,garment enterprises are in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.This paper aims at the actual production of TY’s clothing production line.Firstly,the research on relevant contents by domestic and foreign scholars is sorted out and analyzed to determine the research direction and method of this paper.Secondly,the process flow of the shirt sewing workshop,the layout of the clothing production workshop and the status quo of production management are described in detail through the on-site visit to TY Company.After analyzing and integrating the production data collected on site,draw the production process flow chart of the shirt sewing workshop.Based on the flow sheet data and man hour analysis,the production rhythm of TY Company’s shirts and the balance rate of the production line in the shirt sewing workshop before optimization are calculated,and the existing problems in TY Company’s clothing production process flow,workshop layout and production management are summarized.Aiming at the problem of shirt production process flow,a simulation model is established for the shirt sewing workshop to identify the bottleneck process,and the 5W1 H questioning method is used to find out the reasons for the low balance rate of the production line in the production process.Using ECRS methods to carry out a series of process optimization and internal improvement.For the workshop layout problem,based on Matlab software,genetic algorithm,ant colony algorithm and hybrid algorithm are used to compare and solve,and the optimal solution is obtained.For production management problems,carry out6 S on-site management and digital transformation of production management system.6S on-site management of the workshop is carried out by establishing a 6S optimization team.Through the construction of MES and SCADA systems,the introduction of RFID technology and optimization of enterprise ERP system,the enterprise production management system is digitally transformed to realize the digitalization of production in garment enterprises.By comparing various indicators and data before and after optimization,it is verified that optimization effect is good.Finally,the safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan are proposed from three aspects.This paper has a certain practical significance for the optimization of the production process of clothing enterprises,and research on the optimization problem. |
