With the development of social economy,manufacturing industry has been the pillar industry of China's economy,it is the country to enhance the strength and competitiveness of the process cannot be ignored an important factor.In the process of manufacturing the development of China's market demand and policy guidance have undergone significant changes.In terms of market demand,product variety becomes diversified and demand becomes smaller.In the area of national policy,the manufacturing industry as the country's economic pillar has been taken seriously.Whether it is from the Chinese government for the implementation of the power of the first action program "Made in China 2025" point of view,or "along the way" policy for the manufacturing opportunities and challenges,manufacturing ushered in the development of a critical period.In the international situation on the advent of industrial 4.0 era,has been to manufacture low-end products,consumption of domestic resources and cheap labor for the advantage of China will face a huge threat.China's traditional manufacturing enterprises are mostly used in the line production;the workers have a strict division of labor and professional operation.With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,market demand has become diversified and highly competitive.China is also gradually low-tech,labor-intensive,cheap labor manufacturing industry to capital-intensive high-tech industry transition.Workers will be the traditional assembly line in the single energy to the multi-skilled shift,the overall quality of workers demand for workers will also be improved.The traditional manufacturing methods have not adapted to the pace of social and economic development,backward mode of production cannot meet the needs of society,the traditional manufacturing industry has been the impact.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to change the backward production mode and restore the original vitality of the manufacturing industry to make it regain attention and development.While the Japanese-style production SERU is in the market demand is more variety of small quantities of the environment produced,and its flexibility can be a good meet the market demand.In order to explore what kind of market demand in the J SERU compared with the traditional production line has a more superior performance,the paper can reflect the market changes in the four factors as a factor to the production efficiency,the wages of workers,workers Utilization rate as an indicator,through the establishment of the production line and the SERU simulation model to different market demand for the production process simulation and collection of indicators related to the data,through orthogonal test to determine the different indicators of SERU Can be better than the market-oriented production environment.For the sake of changing the traditional assembly-line production into SERU of manufacturing enterprises to provide a reference.In this paper,the new type of SERU production in Japan as the research object to the computer simulation software Arena as a research tool to the actual production process as the basis for the production process simulation.The purpose of the research is to make the SERU production and the traditional pipeline can be compared in a variety of situations through the simulation model,and the performance of the performance in different circumstances.The research results provide ideas and methods for the reform of the manufacturing process,and provide a reference for the reform of the production mode.The research results of this paper are as follows:(1)In the existing research results for the production of the pipeline and SERU,the simulation model with abundant variables and indexes is constructed by means of simulation theory and Arena simulation software,and the thinking and process of the simulation model are described in detail.Provide a reference for follow-up research;provide ideas for manufacturing enterprises to reform the production process.(2)Through the establishment of Arena simulation model,so that the study can consider more random factors,but also out of the mathematical model of the computational complexity,reducing the difficulty of modeling.At the same time the model interface can be a good dynamic demonstration,and easy to learn to use,so that research results for more people reference.(3)Through the design of orthogonal test analysis,compared with the original research methods more labor and time costs,and the conclusions are richer.(4)Compared with the existing research on the performance of the pipeline and unit production from the total processing time and the working time of the workers,this paper improves the MAKESPANRate,the unit labor cost(Total)Labor Cost per Product-TLCP),Total Labor Utilization(TLU),which not only contains the original indicators,but also more fit the actual business considerations.The simulation model of traditional production line and unit production is established by using Arena simulation software,and the parameters set by the simulation model and the output index are analyzed statistically by orthogonal test.The test results show that the size of the order and the urgency of the order requirement have the greatest impact on the production time of the unit product.The impact of product types on labor costs is the most prominent,and the remaining factors are negligible.The timing of the order,that is,the frequency of market demand,is the greatest impact on labor productivity,and the product type has a certain impact,but is lower than the frequency of demand.Enterprises in considering whether the existing pipelined production to unit production,should be based on market conditions and the main consideration may be.
