In recent years with due attention of state authorities and meteorological system, the construction of information network has thrived along with meteorological observation and detection system, which is also the result of mounting public demand and prosperous meteorological research. The meteorological knowledge material has been enriched, providing solid foundation for service and research staff of the industry to conduct their work. However, the acquisition and transmission of information is not properly planned, various platforms are not facilitating monitoring and maintenance in the best way, even drag the efficiency down.The system herein has taken in consideration the status quo of operation, transmission and operational requirement of detecting station. The system aimed at setting up the ideal platform for data acquisition, transmission, distribution, management and monitoring, which is dedicated to simplifying tedious procedures and improving efficiency. The current platform has a lot of problems. The present data transmission management is lack of principle, which adds to the difficulties of monitoring. The raw data material is stored by independent individuals, the sharing and unified management of which is hard. The software that controls the format and data quality is developed by multiple manufacturers, bringing obstacles for adjustment for local situation, which also go against integrated management throughout Inner Mongolia.The proposed system adopted suitable, simple, stable and low-maintenance technology to develop the architecture. B/S architecture is constructed using JavaEE language. The database is based on MySQL5data processing system. The proposed system is capable of transmitting background data, optimizing current operation procedure. It can also customizable to suit the habit of administrators.This article elaborated thoroughly on the design and realization of the system. The key technologies and the user feedback are also analyzed and summarized.
