As meteorological cause in Qinghai Province develops constantly,nowadays,morekinds of meteorological data need to be measured.How to ensure the prompt andeffective trans mission of the meteorological documents,use and share them in a betterway and inprove weather forecast,has always been a key issue in meteorologicalbusiness.During the process of developing meteorological business,the businessmonitoring system plays an essential role because its developmental level andaccurately.And moreover,the aging of meteorological business represents thedevelopmental level of the meteorological business.With current situation of the transmission business of meteorological information inQinghai Province as its target and in accordance with the standard, process andcharacteristics of the business, the paper adopts advanced technologies such as NET, C#and SQL to study and develop the Province’s monitoring subsystem of meteorologicalbusinesses.And,the businesses mainly involve the management of fundamental data,the statistical analysis of aging, alarming module and analysis onperformance assessment etc. The subsystem is able to monitor the transmission in realtime mainly by collecting, summarizing and analyzing the diary and information,making statistics on transmission aging, and showing reporting status and storing it tothe database. Besides, the paper introduces in great detail the establishment processes ofthe system which include the backgrounds and technologies of the development, and theanalysis, design and completion of the system etc. The establishment of the subsystemcan improve the monitoring capability of meteorological business in the Province, makethe transmission of various documents more punctual, reduce the workload of relevantstaffs, and ensure meteorological documents of various kinds to be delivered timely andeffectively. Furthermore, the subsystem embodies the practical application of theupdated modern technology in system of meteorological business and its promisingprospects. Therefore, the subsystem is of great significance to the development of themeteorological system in the Province.
