The world wild wind power generation brings out sustainable development in recent years, and it has experienced a fast development in China due to the government's policies and the world wild development condition. Utilizing the wind power has been an efficient way to solve the energy and environment issues. However, as the climatic continues deteriorating all over the world and the extreme weather happens frequently, the wind farm machine often experiences different malfunctions. So collecting the detailed meteorological data of various regions will provide highly significant for the steady development of the wind power generation. In China, the data of local weather departments are directly adopted in the prophase of choosing the address to construct wind farm, it may has some difficulties to satisfy the particular requirements of constructing the wind farm. In addition, the meteorological data need long-term and real time monitor in purpose of ensuring the wind-power sets running highly efficient and steady after the completion of the wind farm. Therefore, building a meteorology- ical data acquisition and management system, realizing run time data recording and uploading selectively for the wind farm have been become an exigent requirement for the development of wind power generation of China.Based on AVR Single Chip Micyoco (SCM), a system that can acquire and manage the velocity, direction, temperature and humidity of wind is designed in the present paper. The low power AVR SCM and short distance radioactive wireless transmission model (nRF24L01) are used as data acquisition and transmission, while Delphi program and Access database are used to develop the management system. Compared to the traditional meteorological parameters acquisition systems, this system has properties of small power consumption, low cost, light mass, large storage and convenient installation and operation.The main contents of this paper consist of introduction of the principle and calibration of the climate parameters sensors, design of the software and hardware of data collection system, as well as meteorological information management system based on Delphi. It is verified through massive experiments that the system can serve in real time, collecting and managing the climate parameters of the power station, and provide mainly references to the evaluation of the wind energy sources, the selection and installation of the power units, the decision of the power station addresses, the dependability research of the power units, as well as the launch and run of the projects.
