In recent years, China’s political, economic, social reform more and more de eply, each industry sector, the constant pursuit of efficient innovation, the busines s process and the construction of meteorological departments are more and more closely linked. In today’s society towards more desire more and meteorological data, more comprehensive, objective grasp the main meteorological data and infor mation in a big city in China, the top of the meteorological department hand, su bordinate departments or municipal units due to lack of technical personnel, it is difficult to obtain the valuable information, but also difficult to share to the me teorological data in the core, cross industry demand, meteorological data sharing cannot meet the demands of reality. In the face of the meteorological informatio n sharing is relatively backward problem of the system, the meteorological infor mation sharing problem has become a lot of regional and even economic develo pment and modernization of the whole country disorder. Therefore, establishing a set of meteorological data sharing platform becomes more and more necessary b ased on national. After several days of the arguments, investigation, analysis, this paper analyzes the demand of platform, meteorological data sharing based on so ftware design, service realization, function test were outlined. This platform mainl y completed the meteorological data collection, processing, storage, distribution a nd sharing, monitoring this function point.(1) meteorological data collection: the collection of weather data is the prim ary task of the meteorological department, field staff will collect the data publish ed to the database server data container, the database server is responsible for th e centralized management;(2) the processing of meteorological data: from the download data, after dec oding, control server container, fusion after switching to this system supported fo rmats;(3) meteorological data storage: this system carries on the data management using Oracle data, build the query view table, association table, which will be or ganized effectively management of meteorological data;(4) sharing the distribution of meteorological data: meteorological data conso lidation, in the top department store, through a certain communication protocols f or transmission to the subordinate departments, subordinate departments can down load use according to certain database operation form in time of need;(5) the monitoring meteorological data: data monitoring in the upper complet e processing, processing mainly, storage after lower use. When new data come i n, in real time to remind the lower unit of what new data come in to meet the complete corresponding business.In platform construction period, from the integrity, system accuracy, stability,robustness, openness, advanced, practical, safety on a comprehensive test system put into use, as well as the complete review, later system put into use to reduc e the economic cost.The system is put into use stage, for the realization of sharing our meteorol ogical department data, professional information service, to provide a strong guar antee.
