People’s Bank Of China Information Security System Research And Application

In recent years, with the development of bank business system, it has a stronger dependence on information system and network. As a result, the bank business system has a higher security requirement on information system and network. It can give rise to serious problems such as business interruption and information barrier if there is fault in the bank’s computer information system. Therefore.we study deeply the safety of computer information system of central bank,and establish the defence and monitoring system、egulation system of computer information system effectively,improving the information intrusion and attack defense abilities of central bank,safeguarding the information system centra bank running safely,it is increasing showing its importance..This paper analyses the requirement of the central bank in four aspects firstly including resource monitoring management, operation and maintenance service management, gateway management and reporting.And it also takes research in the theory relating the information technology infrastructure library and designs and realizes IT security operation and maintenance management system frame.This system can actively and timely discover the problem through monitoring various operating system, server, network equipment, computer room environment, and other key elements real-timely,and then can do early warning or handle to all kinds of fault or security hidden danger in time,solving the passive service situation for scientific and technological personnel When a fault occurs, the system can quickly locate the fault, and soon find the root of the problem and the corresponding solutions. The implementation of IT security operation and maintenance management system, under the data concentration condition, guarantees the Bank’s network and application system security, stability, high efficiency, continuous operation, standardizes the system operation and maintenance work of the people’s Bank of China Baoding branch, improves the overall operation and maintenance level, work efficiency and ability to deal with emergency of scientific and technological personnel. While improving people’s Bank Baoding branch of computer information system and network security, but also providing efficient, convenient, comprehensive technical support services and good wording environment to the staff of the bank.
