With the rapid development of the industrial technology for ShangXi XinZhouWangTian,the automation of coal industry is continnously improving.Centel pumpingstation automation drainage system is one of themore important systems thatWangTian coal automatic in production,and its applicantion and development hasgreat prospects.But WangTian coal mine drainage systems are still using thetraditional relay control.Water level monitoring,pump switch and the labor of workersintensive,the analysis has seriously affected the management of underground drainagesystem and the economic benefits of WangTian coal.In this analysis,the undergrounddrainage system is based on PLC control,which replaces the automational relaycontrol.At the same time,it combined with configuration software,which realized theautomatic drainage system for remote monitoring and control,This analysis usesPLC,expands the necessary analog input module and communication module.Through program control,the system has automatic and manual,the analysis hasautomatic and manual concol mode.So you may freely switch.; according to thedynamic changes of water level by monitoring,in automatic mode, the analysis isoptized to start the pump,which achieves system coordination.The pumps and pipe ofthe analysis adopts work system by rotalion,So worker always open the pumps andpipe of minimum running tome every time;The analysis may accept the remotemonitoring and control, with fault protection and monitoring,which the fault tips andemergency alarm may be completed.This make up the automational WangTian coalmine drainage analysis,improves reliability and security,and plays a significant rolein promoting WangTian coal industrial automation.
