The regional drainage system had the problems like high energy dissipation, low efficiency, low level of coordination between the associated pump stations and wastewater overflow. After the in-depth study of the regional drainage control system, a optimal control strategy of regional drainage system is proposed. The strategy is put forward by analyzing the control problem of sever-side and local side in the regional drainage system. First of all, it achieves a local goal of pumping water level and improved efficiency of pump station the optimization of the local side. Then, it achieves optimal control of the associated drainage pumping station, prevent sewage overflow and saves electrical energy by the optimization of the server-side.Based on the existing problems of regional drainage system, the optimal control strategy of the server-side and local side is analyzed and designed respectively. An optimal control strategy based on fuzzy PID in a single-pump is proposed. It selects the optimal target of a regional pump station and enables pump station to run around the target water level. An optimal control strategy based on minimum overflow risk and energy consumption is proposed for the server-side. The results of simulation show that the server-side optimization control strategy is feasible and energy-saving. The test results and actual operation results of regional optimization control drainage system show that the optimization strategies that proposed in this paper significantly improve the control performance, effectively prevent the overflow, improve operational efficiency and reduce energy consumption of regional drainage system. At last, in allusion to the problems of switching from 50Hz frequency conversion state to the city electrician frequency without synchronization and the sediments deposition in regional drainage pipes could reduce ability to pass water, optimal control method of pump switch based on digital phase lock-in detection technology and web-based optimal control method of pipeline dredging are given respectively. The simulation test results demonstrate the feasibility and effectivenessof both. |
