Research And Development Of Remote Automation System Based On Web Technology

With the rapid development of industrial informationization, the traditional automatic monitoring system can not meet the needs of enterprise informationization. Along with the continuous development of computer network technology, communication technology, database technology and so on, it’s possible to establish the remote monitoring system based on Web technology. The research object of this thesis is the remote automation system of a water treatment plant. The aim is to provide more efficient and convenient decision-making basis for decision makers. It’s significant for the development of the water treatment plant and the city.This thesis firstly describes the development status of remote automation system based on Web, and chooses the structure of remote automation system. It adopts the B/S mode in remote automation system, analysing centralized and distributed control system remote monitoring architecture. The whole system is divided into the field equipment layer, the field monitoring layer and the remote monitoring layer. ADO.NET technology is used to access Server SQL 2012. Ajax technology is adopted to realize real-time display of dynamic web pages. Crystal reports is used to combine the report technology and web pages to export reports in a variety of formats.According to requirements of the water treatment plant,the network architecture and the way to realize the function of remote control are proposed for the remote monitoring system based on Web. This system uses Visual Studio 2012 to design Web application. The foreground code, background code, business processing and data processing are designed in different layers to reduce correlation and improve the maintainability of code through three-tier architecture. The database of remote monitoring system of the water treatment plant is analyzed. The database model is established, and the structure of database is designed. The release of Web application is completed through IIS manager. Operators can monitor the industrial field data through web browsers according to operating authority. This system realizes functions of accessing monitoring interface, querying historical curves and data, monitoring parameters, remote control and historical data query and so on.
