In allusion to the problems of large energy-consuming,frequent overflow accident and lacking corresponding control in urban sewage-pumping system, a intelligent remote control drainage system based on Internet was presented. Make use of the existing urban sewage-pumping control system, we built the system which can realized the functions such as multi-pumping stations control,self-motion data processing,remote monitoring,long-distance fault detection and recovery capabilities.First, this paper introduced the whole framework of network of urban drainage control system, described the principle of coordination control, detailed designed four working modes for the system demand and put forward the related problem after adding the network to the control system. Then, against the issues such as measuring, modeling, estimating transmission delay time of the network-based system, we produced the testing software for network delay, and modeled the measured delay data as adaptive autoregressive (AR) model; To solve the packet loss problem in the system, this paper raised the method of prediction compensation for the lost data packets in the network transmission by Kalman filter, TrueTime network simulation was taken. Based on these argumentation and simulations, by using the existing equipment such as industrial computer,data acquisition cards, transducers,pumps and other equipments, we constituted the software platform of experimental system under the Visual Studio2005.net platform. Then took the experiments about long-distance data transmission, remote frequency converter control, and at last presented the curves and results of experiments. The results of experiment indicate that the network control approach for remote intelligent control presenting in this paper are feasible and have a good application future.
