Networked Management Information System Of Title Appraisal In Higher Education Institutions Based On J2EE

So to make the annual appraisal work done quickly and precisely, a professional title appraisal is in immediate need.This essay, aiming at the design and implementation of a network-based database management system by using computers and Internet technology, is devoted to proposing a networked business form, management model and service mode of the appraisal and systematically integrates the appraisal work via the information management system. By exploring the relevant factors and features of the workflow, it establishes an information processing and transmitting mode to cater for the applicants, HR departments and all the other departments involved. By setting up certain functional mode and workflow, it succeeds in designing and implementing all the functions and database. It can not only provides reliable technological support and operating condition for the appraisal management work, tackles the defects in traditional method, but improves the existing appraisal work and offers support for scientific decision-making.The system, using B/S model, J2EE and SQL Server 2000 database as platform, has already been put into operation. Its good functions and performances can meet the needs of schools in this aspect and with its practicality, reliability and standardization it may be of high. reference value for the research and development of other systems.
