With the continuous improvement of China’s Socialist system and the development of social productive forces, staff skills requirements of the enterprise are constantly improving. To safeguard the occupation skill appraisal work smoothly, it is very important to manage all sectors of appraisal centre as well as the evaluation personnel management. Occupation skill appraisal platform mechanism and evaluation personnel system for Zaozhuang city is combined with the actual situation of the appraisal centre of Zaozhuang city, and takes full use of the existing management platform resource in appraisal centre, achieving comprehensive management to the bodies of the whole centre. This paper describes the demand, design, implementation process of the occupation skill appraisal platform mechanism and evaluation personnel system for Zaozhuang city, and it first gets the requirements of the occupation skill appraisal center system and its affiliated appraisal institutions, understanding each institution’s basic situation, and understand the content of evaluation personnel developing the work demand analysis report of institutions and evaluation personnel. Secondly, it has function design to the occupation skill appraisal platform mechanism and evaluation personnel system, and has detailed design respectively to institution management and evaluation personnel management module, and it designs appraisal work involving database, last it implements the institutions and evaluation personnel management system. Besides, it has function test respectively to institutions management and evaluation personnel management function module, completing the design work of the entire institutions and evaluation member management system.The system ultimately achieves the occupation skill appraisal platform mechanism and evaluation personnel system for Zaozhuang city capabilities, can effectively supplement appraisal platform function, achieving the overall management of the evaluation center of all institutions and the management of evaluation staff and realizing the examination personnel information records and appraisal institutions of the examination room arrangement, examination arrangement work. By collecting information, the system achieves the management of the various agencies, appraisal center can query the various agencies work. For example, you can query various institutions of basic information, range of occupation skill appraisal, and it manages the certification bodies and is responsible for the examination of the various bodies and the examination records.
