Research On The University Press Scholarly Publishing In The Era Of Post-Restructuring

Scholarly publishing, an advanced publishing in the three publishing categories,is animportant way of preservation and dissemination of the results of human culture, and itplays a vital role in the cultural construction.The state attaches great importance tocultural development in recent years,and calls on enhance the cultural soft power, soscholarly publishing receives more concern and attention.The paper is based on the related research results at home and abroad，firstlyanalyzes the actuality of university press of scholarly publishing in china to know theachievement and problems;Then, it explores the necessity and importance of scholarlypublishing from three levels:the country, academia, the university community itself.Next, this article analysis comprehensivly the external macro environment and internalstrengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats of university press by using PEST andSWOT analysis method, which provides a basis for the development of university pressscholarly publishing. Finally, in order to find out the right road of development foruniversity press scholarly publishing,it puts forward with the five-driven strategy,whichincludes subject as the core,content as a fundamental, market as the key, talent as thebasis and system as guarantee.
