However, due to the shortcomings of install trival and poorcompatibility, the traditional real-time monitoring systems can not satisfy requirementsof enterprise system integration and remote monitoring. Combining the real-timemonitoring system with Web technology and providing distributed and visualizationmonitoring services using thin clients can be conducive to resolve the problems.In the application background of coal industry, this paper analysises someproblems of current monitoring systems, and combining Web technology withcomponent technology and real-time monitoring technology to form a new integratedmethodology for site conditions monitoring system base on Web.The dissertation mainly includes three aspects as follows:â‘ Graphicalconfiguration development system based on Web: Firstly, uses component technologiesto build a SVG Graphics library,and then reference Graphics library to design an onlineconfiguration system to achieve real simulation of the site features.â‘¡Release ofreal-time data: Ajax and SVG are used to display real-time data dynamically aftercomparing with several methods and a detailed analysis that if the technologise can beused in the coal industry. And implementation of real-time monitoring of field devices.â‘¢Realize the integration with other monitoring systems: This dissertation analyzes thecharacteristics of the current monitoring system and discusses advantages anddisadvantages of these three system integration modes as the following, DCOM,CORBA and Web Services. Finally, chooses loosely coupled Web Services to realizesystem integration. Then a real-time monitoring system based on Web Services andSVG and Ajax is been built, the system has easy integration and strong expansibility.In the final the graphical remote monitoring system is integrated with monitoringnetwork system for Si Chuan Coal Group and implementation of the multiplemonitoring and display of mining equipment.
