| The enterprise information construction in coal faced various challenges in the process of development. The trend of the development currently is to highly integrate the mine information system, management information systems, production automation and network management information system to achieve integration of control.This article mainly studies data processing methods of the industrial control system in coal mine enterprise. And on this basis, a data integration scheme used in coal industrial system is designed and realized. Three aspects are included:data acquisition, transmission and integration. Some probe program and an integration server are designed and realized in this paper to capture and integrate of the distributed and heterogeneous data.Three researching contents are included in this paper:(1) The method of data processing in the industrial control system in coal mine enterprises is studied, and the method of the real-time data, historical data, report data and origin and storing of the data that stored in database system is analysed. And the methods of capturing of these types of data are researches and realized on this basis.(2) A data integration server is designed and implemented. There are three main functions including in the serve:mapping, checking and updating for the data that was captured by probe.(3) How the industrial control application of data integration system to be applied in the application of integrated system in coal mine enterprises in an actual project is described.The research on the real time data and file data integration method for coal mine monitoring system is for coal mine enterprise application integration platform to integrate the actual demand of industrial control system. And achieve coal mine enterprise application integration platform based on the data integration to industrial the control systems to provide decision support for enterprise’s production and operation and improve the efficiency of enterprise production and management. |
