With the rapid development of Longkou Mining Group (hereinafter called“Longkuang”), the Management of Engineering Construction in “Longkuang” is gettingmore and more complicated, due to more sub-companies and industries involved.Large-scale Engineering Facilities&Equipments, numerous employees&workers, hugeamounts of money&capital are supposed to be effectively managed to ensure Longkuang’sprospective development in good order. One modern Management system in Engineering is inurgent need to be installed in Longkuang, so that all resources related to Engineeringconstruction would be managed efficiently.Engineering Resource Management Information System is a scientific, effective&modern management system, which is built on the basis of the need for the manpower,material resources in engineering construction. This system is also based on WEB page and B/S mode (Browser/Server), the Regular Users can access this system through a browser toacquire the necessary information on programs and materials management of the constructionprojects. Moreover, after access to the system, the system admin may add or delete someinformation about Users, department and position. He can also reset user’s privilege, initializethe database of Engineering Construction in Longkuang.
