The Management Information System Of Tourism Resources Based On The Integration Technology Of GIS And MIS

With the rapid development of economy in our country and the constant improvement of people's standard of living, tourism has become a new important insturdy. Tourism keeps high speedy growing, as a result, tourism resources investigation turn into a new and hot economy improvement spot in the local economy development. Tourism resources are the basis of tourism development. There is a plenty of tourism resourses in our country which have a promising future. Because it has a lot of extensive applications in the research of tourism, the local improvement and the tourism protection etc, tourism development attach more and more recognition.The management information system of tourism resources utilizes electronical-map as the information carrier and makes use of the database to store data. This system can realizes the integrative management of the document information, the distribution map, the photograph of object of tourism resources and the video information etc. This is a practical system. It can achieve the automatization about the foundation of object of tourism resourses database, it makes the management in network, and visualizes the result of query, statistic, analysis and programming. In a word , the management information system of tourism resourses is an efficient tool to pack up, collect, run and utilize the production of the research of tourism resourses.This paper studys the basic theory about the system integration, analyses the three development pattern of the Geography information system, then brings forward the whole resovling scheme of the the management information system of tourism resources based on the integration technology of GIS and MIS. In this article, the rourism resources are regarded as a syntheses which have a lot of information sources, and it can be administered by use of the integration technology of GIS and MIS. At the base of forenamed content, this paper analyses the flow of the tourism management office and presents the design, and finally realizes the management information system of tourism resources which consists of four function parts. Finally, some technology questions of the system development are discussed, such as the foundation of the class library based on the integration technology of GIS an MIS, the design andrealization of tourism resources estimate mode, the realization of the utilization MapX component in PB, the realization of putting the information such as documents and photographs to database in batch and so on.
