Teachers’ moral construction under the connotation of development vision, is the inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to practice the scientific concept of development, but also the inevitable choice to improve the quality of higher education and achieve sustainable development. With the deepening of social transformation, the internal and external environment of the teachers’ moral construction in China has also undergone major changes, emerging phenomenon of ethics anomie. Ethics anomie frequent phenomenon has been derived as a more serious social problem, causing great concern of the relevant government departments, universities and society. Many scholars have launched a growing body of research, from existing research, there are still many deficiencies, Therefore, the study of teachers’ moral construction connotation Development Perspective is extremely important theoretical and practical significance. Be analysis and evaluation of the departure of content development perspective, the construction of College Teachers ’Research, the connotation Development Perspective, innovative teachers’ moral construction of ways the development of colleges and universities to establish quality and efficiency as the core correspond to college connotation approach to moral construction. This paper consists of four chapters:Chapter1,The general introduction of the research background, purpose and significance of the research situation, the theoretical basis and research methods, research ideas, and finally point out the innovation of this thesis, pointed out that the value of this thesis.Chapter2,"Connotation development and universities connotation of development" and "college teachers’ ethics and teachers’ moral construction" concept defined, reveals significance of content development and gives the teachers’moral construction, perfect moral construction is an inevitable requirement of the College of content developmentChapter3, From a macro perspective, the current teachers’ moral construction in China, analyzed the achievements of College Teachers’ Morals and College Teachers’ main problems, from the weak sense of patriotic and law-abiding, dedicated love life and mental apathy, dilute the concept of teaching, scientific research of academic misconduct, to serve the community awareness is not strong, the teachers and the poor image of the six has done a detailed analysis and concluded that these problems root causes, namely policy-oriented factors, social and environmental factors, factors of school management, teachers’ factors.Chapter4,The key point of this article, put forward proposals for how to strengthen teachers’moral construction of content development vision, from the College of content development and establish quality and efficiency as the core concept, policies and regulations to improve the quality and efficiency of the teachers’ moral construction, long-term management mechanism to build the quality and efficiency of the teachers’ moral construction, to create the quality and efficiency of College Teachers’ building atmosphere, focus on improving the four aspects of university teachers ’personal ethics cultivation countermeasures to strengthen teachers’moral construction.
