The results of the eighth national survey on student physique and health show that the excellent rate of achieving physical fitness standards among Chinese students has gradually increased,but the level of high intensity physical activity and physical health among students is still not optimistic.The improvement of high intensity physical activity levels in physical education classes among students has become a common problem in the field of school physical education.As an important component of school physical education,the development of physical education courses can not only affect students’ daily moderate to high intensity physical activity,but also have a significant impact on their physical and psychological health.This study takes the content development of physical education as a starting point to explore its impact on students’ MVPA,with a view to providing some help for grassroots physical education teachers to improve students’ MVPA level in physical education.By using the methods of literature review,systematic observation,and mathematical statistics,using the content development analysis framework and SOFIT observation tools,this article observes,records,and analyzes the content development of physical education classes and student MVPA,and draws the following three conclusions:(1)The type of physical education content development task is closely related to students’ MVPA,and the expansion task,expansion application task,and application task are significantly correlated with MVPA.(2)The frequency of physical education course content development tasks can significantly affect students’ MVPA level.Expanding the frequency of application tasks and the total frequency of tasks can have a positive impact on students’ MVPA level.(3)The refining task is closely related to the application task,and there is a negative correlation between the refining task and the application task.Based on the above conclusions,the following recommendations are proposed:(1)Adopting application-oriented tasks can help students "get moving," and both structured skill learning and competition learning in complex sports situations belong to application-oriented tasks.It is recommended that physical education teachers set up more such tasks in teaching design to enhance students’ participation in sports.(2)The number of tasks helps improve students’ physical activity levels.It is recommended that physical education teachers set up rich learning and training tasks,which can not only stimulate students’ interest in learning and training,but also effectively improve their physical activity levels.(3)Physical education teachers should clarify the practical effects of different types of teaching tasks on teaching,and reasonably set the frequency of refining and applying tasks based on different teaching objectives to achieve the best teaching effect. |
