Since the 18 th Party Congress,it has been proposed that national cultural self-confidence and self-improvement is an inevitable requirement for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,while the excellent Chinese traditional culture is the deepest source for improving the national cultural soft power.The Ministry of Education,in order to further enhance the education of young children on the excellent Chinese traditional culture,issued the Guide to the Curriculum and Teaching Materials of the Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture in Primary and Secondary Schools,which mentions that physical education and health,as an important curriculum for implementing the education of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,has an important role in helping students to inherit and promote the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and the traditional Chinese physical culture,as an As an indispensable and important part of Chinese traditional culture,its main carrier is ethnic folk traditional sports activities.In the physical education and health curriculum of compulsory education,traditional Chinese sports are divided into two categories,among which the content of martial arts sports is nearly perfect,but there is a relative lack of traditional ethnic and folk sports with distinctive regional characteristics and diverse cultural forms,which need further development of resources to supplement the content.In this thesis,literature method,survey method,rooted theory research method,action research method and mathematical and statistical method are mainly used in the research process.Based on the literature research and expert interviews,it was found that there are still problems such as immature models of physical education curriculum content resources development,lack of science in the application of the process and methods of development,and insufficient development of ethnic folk sports content resources.According to the problems found,based on the theoretical basis and basic principles,the development model is constructed by using the method of constructing a model from theory,and finally the Chinese traditional sports curriculum content resource development model is determined and its components are analyzed.The development model is tested through empirical research and action research is used to verify the feasibility of the development results.This study demonstrates the developed model at both theoretical and practical levels,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and case references for future physical education teachers when developing Chinese traditional physical education curriculum content resources to further enrich the content of the Physical Education and Health curriculum.The following conclusions were drawn from the study.(1)The theoretical basis of educational modeling theory,curriculum development theory and ethnic traditional sports theory was identified,and the construction principles of scientificity,systematization,operability and relevance were selected as the process of constructing the development model by starting from theory.The process steps are: using rooted theory research to determine the components of the Chinese traditional physical education curriculum content resource development model,and using curriculum development theory to determine the Chinese traditional physical education curriculum content resource development model.(2)The three basic steps of the Chinese traditional sports curriculum content resource development model are: development planning,development design,development implementation and evaluation,and the 11 specific steps included in these three basic steps are: analysis of the current situation,clarification of development goals,determination of development team,resource survey,collation and analysis of survey results,screening of survey results,formulation of development plan,implementation of development plan,verification of the feasibility of preliminary development The feasibility of the preliminary development results,development evaluation,and summary of the development results.(3)The Shijiazhuang area was selected as the site of this study for empirical research.In the development planning,54 ethnic folk sports resources were investigated,and the object of development was determined to be Jingfu Lahua according to the screening criteria.As a national intangible cultural heritage,Jingfu Lahua has a strong cultural heritage and a strong mass base,and the project itself contains educational,scientific and fitness characteristics in line with the content of physical education and is suitable for entering into the physical education curriculum.Through the initial development,a curriculum content resource system containing skill-based and emotion-based rakugo was formed.(4)Action research was used to verify the feasibility of the development results.During the action process,continuous observation,reflection and modification were carried out,and the content plan of the rakugo curriculum of the first elementary school in the mining area was finally determined.The development team investigated and evaluated the development results and concluded that the developed Lahua curriculum content has gained a certain degree of popularity in the first elementary school in the mining area,and the effect of student learning has been recognized by students,parents,teachers,leaders,and society,enriching the physical education and health curriculum content in the area,providing a practical level of reference for future Chinese traditional physical education curriculum content resource development,and verifying through empirical evidence the The feasibility of the development model constructed by the study was verified through empirical evidence.
