Research On The Content Indicators And Countermeasures Of The Priority Development Of Children In The Three Major Sports In My Countr

The revitalization of the three ball is an important symbol of the construction of a sports power.The performance of the three ball World Series is an important indicator to measure whether a sports power has become a sports power.In recent years,only the women’s volleyball team and the women’s basketball team are among the top teams in the world.Although the women’s football team can reach the final of the World Series every time,there is still a big gap between its performance and the peak.The men’s three-ball event even brings up the dilemma of "breaking out of Asia" again.The revitalization of the three big ball should "start from the baby",so it is quite necessary to study the content index and countermeasure path of the three big ball children’s priority development.This can not only provide reference for relevant departments to formulate three big ball children development strategies,but also provide reference for grassroots coaches and managers to train young children.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other research methods to study the content index and path selection of the priority development of children in the three spheres.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The content indicators of children’s priority development in the three spheres are composed of 5 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 47 third-level indicators.Among them,level I indicators include child education,child training,child competition,child safety and protection and nurturing environment and security;Secondary indicators include cultural education,moral education,behavioral education,scientific selection of materials,scientific training,training teams,competition system,competition mechanism,competition management,child abuse/violence,potential risk of child injury,development and implementation of protection manuals,popularization and attention,policies and systems,venues and facilities,and funding input.2.The first level index weights of the three major spheres of children’s priority development are: children’s education > children’s training > children’s competition >cultivation environment and security > children’s safety and protection.The weight order of the secondary indexes of children education is moral education > cultural education > behavior education;The weight order of the secondary index of children training was scientific selection > scientific training > training team;The weight order of children’s competition index is: competition system > competition mechanism >competition management;The weight order of the secondary indexes of cultivation environment and support was as follows: popularization and attention > policies and institutions > outlays > venues and facilities;Child abuse/violence > Potential risk of child harm > Development and implementation of a protection manual.
