Objective:Reduced by the modified Xiaoyaosan; needle scalpel therapy for treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome:a clinical observation, to explore the advantage of these two therapies in the treatment of this disease, providing a theoretical and clinical basis for future clinical application. Methods:According to the ratio of1:1:1to60patients met the inclusion criteria liver spleen and blood stasis syndrome, fibromyalgia patients were randomly divided into three groups:That treatment group A, group B treatment and control group20cases. Treatment:treatment group A be the oral Chinese Herbs (that the modified Xiaoyaosan:Bupleurum root lOg, angelica lOg, white peony root15g, Poria lOg, Atractylodes lOg, jujube lOg, Licorice root6g,5pieces of ginger, Radix Codonopsis, dangshen lOg, Turmeric15g, Cyperusl5g, Spatholobus30g, Salvia miltiorrhiza30g, Chuanxiong10g). Daily1agent, Decocted in water for200ml, Early/late service. treatment group B be the needle knife acupoints treatment, Acupoint selection:Ashi points,Jianzhen point, Shoulder Yu points, Yanglingquan points, Yinlingquan points, Quchi points, Small sea points),Every2-4acupoints, Once every seven days treatment. The control group of oral tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,0. lmg, qn. A course of treatment for4weeks. The following indicators were observed and recorded:TCM syndrome score; VAS pain scores; Tenderness Points3days after treatment, after2weeks, after4weeks and discontinued after4weeks. According to the comparison of these indicators with the indicators of the pre-treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy. The SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical processing, data and the duration of standard deviation (X士S)statisticaldescription, easurement data using t test(least significant difference,LSD),q test(Student-Newman-Keuls,SNK),countingmaterial data using X2inspection (Chi-square test). P<0.05is considered a statistical significant difference.Results:①Designate efficacy assessment by TCM, In total efficiency, A treatment group, the total effective rate was100%after4weeks of treatment; Treatment group B in the total effective rate was95%after4weeks of treatment; The control group, the total effective rate was65%after4weeks of treatment. Three groups compared to the total efficiency by X2test:A treatment group and treatment group B the total effect is quite recent ((P>0.05); A total efficacy of the treatment group than the control group recently (P<0.05); Recent treatment group B group than the control group the total effect (P<0.05). Three candidates after4weeks of treatment with the total score difference before treatment were significantly TCM(P<0.05). Suggesting the three therapies are effective treatment FMS. The three groups after4weeks of treatment are compared with the pre-treatment in VAS pain scores, tenderness points and each symptom score points of TCM:Three groups in improving VAS pain scores, tenderness integral aspect effects are obvious points(P<0.05). Treatment A group to improve the effectiveness of each symptom was significantly(P<0.05). Improvement in the treatment group B liver stagnation and blood stasis syndrome pain, tenderness, epigastric or flank pain and mood, sleep and other aspects of the effect is obvious(P<0.05). The improvement in spleen syndrome anorexia, fatigue, loose stools uncomfortable and tongue and pulse and so little effect (P>0.05). The control group in improving pain, tenderness, mood and sleep a significant effect (P<0.05), but the improvement of The liver and spleen deficiency syndrome; poor appetite,;fatigue; loose stools or uncomfortable;flank pain and epigastric; tongue and pulse are little effect (P>0.05)②three groups were followed up for4weeks after the discontinuation.,to compare the long-term effect:he total effective rate of the treatment group A is70%; The total effective rate of the treatment group B is65%; The total effective rate of the control group is15%. Treatment group A and group B, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly better than the control group efficacy((P<0.05). Improvement in terms of total score TCM syndromes:treatment group A and treatment group B were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Treatment group A and group B treatment effect is quite (P>0.05). Improvement in VAS pain scores and tenderness aspects Points, treatment group A and treatment group B were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); Treatment group A and group B treatment effect is quite (P>0.05).Conclusion:Three treatments are effective for the treatment of FMS. But Chinese Herbs law and knife therapy for the treatment of liver spleen and blood stasis effect of FMS patients is superior to Western medicine tramadol extended release tablets, and can reduce disease recurrence.
