Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Needle - Knife Therapy Combined With Ultrasound Drugs In The Treatment Of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Purpose:To observe the efficacy of treatment on frozen shoulder by using needle scalpelcombined with drugs penetration through ultrasound.Material and method:Select inpatients with frozen shoulder from Orthopedics of FirstAffiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which betweenDecember2012to March2014.A total of48patients were randomly divided into treatmentgroup(28) and control group(20).Patients in treatment group were treated with needle scalpelcombined with drugs penetration through ultrasound.Patients in control group were treatedwith drugs penetration through ultrasound.All the patients were required to do shoulderrehabilitation exercises.The therapeutic effect of two groups were observed after two weeks(two weeks for a course of treatment). Observe the improvement of shoulder pain and theactivity of the shoulder joint.Differences in efficacy were compared.Results: According to the criteria of JOA shoulder disease treatment.Treatment group wereexcellent in11cases, good in10cases,6cases as fair, and poor in1cases, the total efficiencyof96.43%; in the control group were excellent in6cases, good in7cases,4cases asfair, andpoor in3cases, the total efficiency of85.00%(P <0.05). After treatment, improvement index:the treatment group> control group (P <0.05), prompt that treatment group better than thecontrol group.Conclusion:Two treatments have good clinical efficacy.The clinical efficacy oftreatment group was significantly better than the control group.It can significantly relievepain of the shoulder and improve the function of joint more effectively, so that patients getsatisfactory results worthy of further development and promotion.
