Xiaoyao Powder With Needle Knife Therapy Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Fibromyalgia Syndrome

Treatment were observed3days after treatment, after two weeks, after4weeks and discontinued after4weeks of TCM syndrome score changes, the overall efficacy and VAS pain scores, enderness points changes.Result:The total efficiency, P>0.05, treatment group, the recent overall efficacy and considerable control group. Improve syndromes, the two groups syndrome total score than before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), suggesting that the treatment and control groups to have effect on the treatment of FMS, the treatment group improved epigastric pain or flank pain and TCM disease, tongue, pulse and the control group showed significantly more effective than the control group, a considerable improvement in the symptoms of tenderness, pain, morning stiffness of two groups. Treatment group and control group were followed up after4weeks of withdrawal, significant difference between the two groups after discontinuation of long-term efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the efficacy in the control group (P<0.05). TCM syndrome score in the treatment group than the control group.In the reduce VAS Index, tenderness points in both groups after3days of treatment, after two weeks, four weeks were compared with before treatment, both P<0.05, indicating that treatment and control groups are effective for improving pain in patients with symptoms but the two groups after4weeks of withdrawal, P<0.05, the two effects long-term effect significant difference in pain relief, suggesting that the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Key to the pathogenesis of fibromyalgia syndrome in the stagnation and spleen deficiency, with the needle-knife therapy Xiaoyaosan can play a considerable analgesic effect of tramadol sustained release tablets, can be significantly improved the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs treatment was significantly better than western medicine tramadol hydrochloride sustained release tablets.
