Due to the particularity of medical work, medical staffs, especially those of the stageof medical reform, are carrying greater and greater pressure. In the process of the careerdevelopment of the doctor, they are responsible for the family, income, work, promotion,relations of them with the patients and so on. As a result, relieving stress and strengtheningthe management pressure have been the primary task of the human resource department ofthe hospital.The present thesis, by making a detailed research of relative document, will closelyfollow the guide of stress management and the viewpoint of career development of doctor,and make a deep analysis of the pressure source and the influence of pressure toward workand family from three dimensions: the initial pressure, middle pressure and late pressure ofthe career development, it will also propose a basic idea of pressure management which isclosely connected with the characteristic of doctors. At the same time, the present thesiswill make a survey of the Tianjin Z hospital by ways of questionnaire and interview, andcarefully analyze the current situation of doctors, so as to find out the pressure source andquestions existing in Z hospital, thus the corresponding countermeasures can be given.Analyze the different measures which can be taken in the specific stage not only canhelp with the relive of doctor’s pressure, strengthen the sense of career belonging of doctors,increase their working activity and loyalty, but also can boost the healthy hospital culture,attract and keep more and more medical workers, improve personal and organizationworking efficiency, thus contribute to the quality service of the doctor.
