[Purpose] With the background of exploring how to establish the modern hospital management system and deepening reform of the medical and health system,based on the theory of human resource management,the subject investigates and analyzes the current situation and business needs on the human resource management,then studies the deepening design and advancement of the hospital human resource management system and the practical application of the system.At the moment,the management is applied practically to analyze the benefits.[Methods] This research take literature research method,investigation method,expert interview method and case study method.The background,status and progress of human resource management theory and system home and abroad have been well comprehended by literature research method.So has the hospital human resource management.The basis of human resource management and demand analysis defined the questionnaire informs of understanding and analyzing the management status and needs of Wuhan Union Hospital through the investigation and research method.Using the expert interview method in order to clarify the existing human resource management problems in operation management.The case study method dug into detailed case studies on the whole process of the design,implementation and application of the hospital human resource management system.[Results] According to the human resource theory,the project profoundly reshaped the organization and management module,personnel management module,recruitment management module,salary management module,time management module and so on,combined the essential ideas of the SAP ERP system with the specific needs from hospital,organically.[Conclusions] Under the practical application analysis of the organizational management,personnel management,recruitment management and salary management module on the hospital human resource management system in Wuhan Union Hospital,this paper holds that the human resource management system based on the operation management data center provides a strong technical support for the hospital operation and maintenance management,and improves the efficiency and level both on the Human Resources management,which made full use of the talents and promoted the hospital overall information management level.
