Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Qufeng Decoction For Senile Cutaneous Pruritus

Objective:Senile skin pruritus is itchy skin disease type.are clinical frequently-occurring disease,common disease.Because the itching will bring intense discomfort to the patients.do great harm to patients body and mind.so the clinical treatment of skin pruritus is very urgent. Western medicine treatment of the disease often use oral antihistamines. calm sleeping pills, such as hormone drugs for external use only. But often accompanied by drowsiness, blood capillary dilate, skin atrophy and other side effects. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of senile skin pruritus has the advantages of good curative effect, less side effects.The purpose of this paper is to through the test,observation yangxue qufeng decoction clinical curative effect for the treatment of senile skin pruritus(blood deficiency and sthenic liver-energy type) and to provide theoretical basis for application in clinic.Methods:Pruritus patients met the inclusion criteria senile(blood deficiency and sthenic liver-energy type)60cases were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and control group30patients in each group,respectively to yangxue qufeng decoction and runzao zhiyang capsule,take2weeks for a period of treatment, after2courses of curative effect evaluation was carried out.Results:Compared two groups total effective rate,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Treatment group in the degree of skin, itching frequency, duration of the itch, conscious condition changes(P<0.05) In the area of skin lesions,improve sleep condition, the treatment group and the control group is quite (P>0.05). After the end of treatment,the two group total effectiveness comparison.The total effective rate of treatment group93.33%, The comparison group total effectiveness73.33%, According the statistical of the efficacy of the two groups has significant difference.(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxue qufeng decoction can effectively improve the senile skin pruritus(blood deficiency and sthenic liver-energy type) before and after treatment the symptom integral.2. Yangxue qufeng decoction is the treatment of senile skin pruritus(blood deficiency and sthenic liver-energy type) of the safe and effective prescription.
