Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Qufeng Decoction combined with desloratadine citrate in the treatment of chronic urticaria with Blood Deficiency and Wind Dryness type.Methods: Collected between January 2020 and December 2020,our hospital dermatology clinic on the patients with chronic urticaria(blood deficiency and wind-dryness type)of 96 cases were randomly divided into the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group(Yangxue Qufeng Decoction + desloratadine citrate),western medicine control group(desloratadine citrate)and Chinese medicine control group(Yangxue Qufeng Decoction),three groups are all 32 cases and 4 weeks for the clinical effect of observation.Before and after treatment,UAS score,TCM syndrome score and serum total Ig E were recorded for statistical analysis and comparison.Results:1.General information: 2 cases were eliminated,2 cases were withdrawn,and 92 cases were finally completed,and the three groups were comparable in disease course,age,and gender(P>0.05).2.Total effective rate: 93.5% of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,76.7% of the western medicine control group,87.1% of the traditional Chinese medicine control group.The three groups are all effective,but the total effective rate is compared: integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group> traditional Chinese medicine control group> western medicine control group3.UAS score comparison: the UAS scores of the three groups before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of the three groups were all reduced(P<0.05),and the UAS score of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine control group(P <0.05),Chinese medicine control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the three groups showed blood deficiency and wind dryness before treatment,and the difference in syndrome scores was not significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the syndrome scores of the three groups decreased,and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group's syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the western medicine control group(P<0.05)and the traditional Chinese medicine control group(P<0.05).5.Serum total IgE: There was no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the total Ig E of the three groups was reduced,and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was significantly lower than the western medicine control group(P<0.05)and the traditional Chinese medicine control group(P<0.05).6.Recurrence rate and adverse reactions: A telephone follow-up was conducted 2months after the treatment.The recurrence rate of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 0,the recurrence rate of the western medicine control group was 16.67%,and the recurrence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine control group was 6.45%;no adverse reactions occurred in each group.Conclusion: The integrated treatment of Chinese and Western medicine(Yangxue Qufeng Decoction combined with desloratadine citrate)can significantly improve the symptoms of chronic urticaria patients with blood deficiency and wind dryness,and reduce UAS scores,TCM syndrome scores and serum total Ig E levels,And the recurrence rate is low,no adverse reactions occurred.
