Clinical Observation Of Yangxue Rongfu Decoction In The Treatment Of Senile Pruritus(Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Rongfu Decoction on senile pruritus(blood deficiency and wind dryness)Methods:Seventy patients with senile pruritus with blood deficiency and wind dryness were selected from the dermatology outpatient department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and the dermatology outpatient department of Hanan Branch from March 2019 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The treatment group was taken Yangxue Rongfu Decoction orally,and the control group was taken Runzao Zhitang Capsule orally.Both of them took 2 weeks as a course of treatment,and treated for 2 courses.Before treatment,after the first course of treatment and after the second course of treatment,the changes of skin symptom score,TCM syndrome score and total score of the patients were recorded.SPSS25.0statistical software was used to organize the data and analyze and compare the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no differences in skin symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores and total scores between the two groups.2.After the first course of treatment,there were differences in itching score,pigmentation score,skin symptom score,TCM syndrome score and total score between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was no difference in scab score and scratch score between groups(P > 0.05)..In the treatment group,except scratch score,there were differences in other scores between the treatment group and the pre-treatment group(P < 0.05).In the control group,except for pruritus score,scratch score and pigmentation,other scores were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05).3.After the second course of treatment,there were differences in pruritus score,scab score,skin symptom score,TCM syndrome score and total score between the two groups(P < 0.05),while there were no differences in scratch score and pigmentation score(P > 0.05)between the two groups.The skin symptom score,TCM syndrome score and total score of the two groups were different from the intra-group comparison before treatment and after the first course of treatment(P < 0.05).4.The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9% and that of the control group was 81.2%.The clinical effective rate of the two groups was different(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangxue Rongfu Decoction is effective in the treatment of senile pruritus(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome).2.Yangxue Rongfu Decoction has a better effect on senile pruritus(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome)than Runzao Zhitang Capsule.
