Clinical Observation Of The Yangxue Qufeng Decoction Make A Treatment Of Senile Skin Pruritus

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangxue Qufeng Decoction on senile pruritus of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods: 80 patients who met the criteria of case selection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group.The treatment group took Yangxue Qufeng Decoction and the control group took Wushezhiyang Pill.The two groups of patients were observed for 4 weeks,and re-visited once a week.The general condition,itching degree,secondary skin lesion severity and quality of life of the patients were recorded before treatment and 1 weekend,2 weekend,3 weekend and 4 weekend after treatment,respectively.The results were compared and analyzed,and the curative effect was finally determined.Result:1.After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85%,and that of the control group was 60%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups by statistical analysis(P <0.05).2.After treatment,the score of itching degree between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.3.After treatment,the scores of the severity of secondary lesions in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the DLQI scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,indicating that the quality of life of the two groups was significantly improved.The DLQI scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Yangxue Qufeng Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms scores of elderly patients with skin pruritus of blood deficiency and wind dryness type before and after treatment.2.Yangxue Qufeng Decoction is a safe and effective prescription for the treatment ofsenile pruritus.
