Yangxue Yufeng Decoction high,medium, low dose group can improve the level of estrogen deficiency rats, with a dose-response relationship; can reduce Yin-deficiency rat ovarian index, increased adrenal index, thymus index,but no dose-response relationship; can reduced food intake of rats with deficiency of Yin, improving deficiency symptoms, but no dose-response relationship; can decrease the amount of water deficiency rats, improve the deficiency symptoms, there is dose-effect relationship; could increase the body weight of rats, improve the deficiency symptoms, but no dose-response relationship.Had the effects on nourishing yin.2. Yangxue Yufeng Decoction high, medium, low dose group can extend the Itch latency of rats,have dose-response relationship;reduced the Scratched of rats,but no dose-response relationship;shorten the pruritus duration of rats, have dose-response relationship.pruritus inhibition induced by dextran. Has antipruritic effect.3.
