The Clinical Efficacy Of Yiqi Huoxue Qufeng Method In Treating Pruritus In CKD4-5 Non-dialysis Patients With Spleen-kidney-qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Qufeng method in treating pruritus in CKD4-5 non-dialysis patients with spleen-kidney-qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yishen Huoxue Recipe,Provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:This study used a randomized controlled trial design method.The case was obtained from an outpatient or inpatient of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Sixty CKD4-5 non-dialysis patients with spleen-kidney-qi deficiency and blood stasis was included.They were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.Interventions in the treatment group were Western medicine basic treatment combined with Chinese patent medicine and Yishen Huoxue Recipe,Interventions in the control group were Western medicine basic treatment combined with Chinese patent medicine,The observation time was 2 months.The visual analogue scale(VAS score),modified Dou's pruritus score(VAG score),serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),serum calcium(Ca),serum phosphorus(P),whole parathyroid hormone(IPTH),and TCM symptom scores were collected before and after treatment.and the data were statistically analyzed.Resuits: the scores of VAS and VAG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0 05).The levels of serum creatinine in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0 05).glomerular filtration rate in the treatment group were significantly Higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),The levels of serum phosphorus in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0 05),There was no significant difference in the change of serum calcium and whole parathyroid hormone between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0 05),The overall efficacy of pruritus was compared: 83.3% in the treatment group and 53.3% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of TCM syndromes was compared:86.7% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishenhuoxue recipe can improve pruritus symptoms,TCM syndrome,quality of life and hyperphosphatemia,decrease serum creatinine and protect renal function in CKD4-5non-dialysis patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis.Delay the progression of chronic renal failure.
